Welcome Reception, Sunday, June 19

We will be hosting a welcome reception with refreshments and light hors d’oeuvres in the Exhibition area from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Sunday.  The event is included in the registration fee for all registered attendees (including the companion registration). We look forward to seeing you there!

Night-Out Event, Monday, June 20

The conference night out will be at the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame where attendees will enjoy refreshments and “heavy” hors d’oeuvres with access to the entire facility. The Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame opened in June 1999 in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is the only facility of its kind dedicated to all levels of women’s basketball.  The Pat Summitt Rotunda area of the Hall of Fame features a sweeping staircase, panoramic views of downtown Knoxville, and a wraparound balcony.  The Urban Playground is a private area that is designed to resemble an urban ball court, with graffiti covered walls, a chain link fence, and bleachers.  Guests can relax as they shoot around on the court, learn about the past and present of women’s basketball, and enjoy a special night out. The event is included in the registration fee for all registered attendees (including the companion registration). The Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame is a short walking distance from the convention center and hotels, but we will provide coach buses making round trips between the Knoxville Convention Center and the event starting at 5:30PM.  More details on the coach schedule will be available before the event.

Conference Banquet, Tuesday, June 21

We will be hosting the conference banquet and awards presentations in the Ballroom EFG.  The reception will begin at 6:30PM in the Exhibition area, with the banquet meal and awards activities moving to the Ballroom at 7:30PM.  The event is included in the registration fee for all registered attendees (including the companion registration).
