2022 IEEE IPMHVC/EIC Conference

The combined 2022 IEEE IPMHVC and IEEE EIC event will include an exhibition representing state-of-the-art capabilities from government, universities, and industry. The detailed prospectus for exhibitors is now available for download.

Use this link to the exhibitor portal to register and select your booth. We are utilizing one portal for exhibitor registration.

Access the Exhibitor Portal will open at 8:00AM EDT on September 20, 2021.  Booth space and other sponsorship opportunities will be assigned on a first come, first served basis determined by the receipt date of the registration and deposit. Exhibitors are encouraged to visit this conference website for updates and assignments which will be kept current as much as possible.

CONFERENCE INFOMERCIALS

The event will provide dedicated time slots for infomercials during the technical program. An infomercial consists of a 10 minute oral presentation by any registered exhibitor, and may be completely commercial in nature.  It is intended to provide the exhibitor better exposure to the potential customer base and promote their technical capabilities, products and services to the entire audience.  Infomercials will run during the technical program.  Audience size is not guaranteed.

The cost of one 10-minute infomercial is $500 (10 opportunities available).

We have reconfigured the layout of the exhibit hall shown below and contacted all exhibitors who have registered prior to April 15, 2002 to select new booth locations. We will update this image and list regularly (generally every 1-2 days) but cannot guarantee a particular booth will be available when registration is submitted.  Image below is as of May 3, 2022.
