IPMHVC 2020 is canceled and papers will not be published. Nevertheless, due to the large amount of papers submitted to EIC 2020 and considering the effort authors put in developing those papers, the IEEE EIC 2020 is going virtual in June 2020. The conference will include audio-visual presentations from accepted papers and a blog where questions can be posted, and authors will be able to respond and interact with attendees. The portal of the conference will be open for two consecutive weeks for presenters and for regular attendees. Paper presented in the virtual event will be published in IEEE Xplore.
If you are interested in the virtual event, please contact Mark Winkeler Mark.email@example.com.

All registered exhibitors of the conference will receive a full refund. This refund will be automatically processed as soon as you select “Finish.” An updated invoice will also be sent within the cancellation email. If you submitted payment by wire transfer or check originally, please reach out directly to Dr. Nancy Frost firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process the refund manually. Please note, it can take 5-7 business days for your funds to be available for use. Please be aware your individual banking institution may apply transaction fees that are outside the control of the conference.
Refunds will be processed automatically beginning May 15th if we don’t hear from you and will be credited to the original form of payment.
Please remember to cancel any travel arrangements.
Thank you, and we look forward to your IEEE EIC 2020 virtual participation!
The co-located IPMHVC and EIC conferences will be rescheduled to be held in June of 2022 again in Knoxville.

The event will provide dedicated time slots for infomercials during the technical program. An infomercial consists of a 10 minute oral presentation by any registered exhibitor, and may be completely commercial in nature. It is intended to provide the exhibitor better exposure to the potential customer base and promote their technical capabilities, products and services to the entire audience. Infomercials will run during the technical program. Audience size is not guaranteed.
The cost of one 10-minute infomercial is $500 (10 opportunities available).
